What is a Featured Wedding?

A Featured Wedding is a real wedding submission selected for publication on caratsandcake.com. Our editorial team curates the story of the wedding to best showcase the celebration. All tagged businesses are credited and the wedding becomes part of our editorial collection.

What happens if my Wedding is selected?

If your wedding is selected, it will be curated by our editorial team and published on caratsandcake.com. All tagged businesses are credited, and every image is automatically included in Cherry. The wedding is then passed along to our social team for further consideration, and Featured Weddings are showcased on Member Profiles.

What happens if my Wedding is not selected?

If your wedding isn't selected for publication, it becomes an Album for every tagged vendor instead. Our editorial team curates up to 20 images from the submission, and the Album is editable anytime and shown automatically in the portfolio section of Member Profiles. Not being selected isn't the end of the road — your images are still considered for Cherry, and for future editorial, roundup, or social opportunities. Not every opportunity starts with a Featured Wedding.

Can I pay to have my Wedding featured?

No. Carats + Cake does not sell editorial placement. See Wedding Submissions for how selection actually works.

Can I edit a Featured Wedding?

No — editorial content can't be edited directly. To correct vendor credits or info, contact hello@caratsandcake.com.

How do I manage my Featured Weddings?

From the Weddings section of your Account, Members can reorder and hide Featured Weddings.
