How do I update my payment method?
Navigate to Membership > Update Payment Method. Update your card at any time; the change applies to your next billing cycle.
How do I upgrade to Pro Plus?
Navigate to Membership, select Pro Plus, and confirm. The upgrade — including Intelligence and expedited review — takes effect immediately.
How do I downgrade?
Navigate to Membership > and select Pro. Your Pro Plus benefits stay active through the end of your current billing period, then your plan switches to Pro.
How do I cancel?
Navigate to Membership > and select Cancel. Your Membership stays active through the end of your current billing period. After that, your Profile returns to the free experience — your Directory Listing, Cherry Space, and Album display come down from your live Profile, but nothing is deleted. Reactivating restores everything.
Where do I find my billing history?
Invoices are emailed to you monthly.
