Account Settings
Manage your name, email, and password.
Your Account Settings allow you to manage the information associated with your Carats + Cake account — used to sign in and to receive notifications about your Profile, Membership, and Wedding Submissions.
How do I manage my Account Settings?
Navigate to Business Details > Account Settings. Update your name, email address, and password. Changes take effect immediately.
Will changing my account email affect my Profile?
No. It only changes your sign-in and account communications — your public Profile is unchanged.
I need to transfer my Profile to another person.
Each Profile is managed by a single account and email. If ownership or day-to-day management changes, contact hello@caratsandcake.com and we'll transfer it.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page. Still stuck? Contact hello@caratsandcake.com.
