Claim Your Profile
If your business already has a Profile, claim it in a few minutes.
If your business already has a Profile on Carats + Cake, you can claim it in just a few minutes.
Before You Begin
You'll need to create an Account before you can claim a Profile. If you don't already have one, click Login or Join to create your Account.
How to Claim Your Profile
- Sign in and navigate to your Account.
- Search for your business.
- If your business already has a Profile, click Claim Profile.
- Complete the verification steps.
- Once approved, your Profile will be connected to your Account.
You're all set! You can now update your Profile and access Membership features.
I can't find my business
If your business doesn't appear in search, you'll have the option to create a new Profile instead. See Create a New Profile.
Can I manage more than one business?
Each business has its own Profile and Account. If you own or manage multiple businesses, you'll need to create a separate Account for each business using a different email address.
If your business serves multiple locations, you don't need multiple Profiles — become a Member to add additional service locations to your existing Profile.

What if someone already claimed my Profile?
Each Profile can only be connected to one Account. If you believe your Profile has been claimed in error, contact hello@caratsandcake.com and we'll help resolve it.
