Every instance of your work across the platform — Featured Weddings, Albums, Cherry, Directory Listings, editorial features — links back here. It's where inspiration becomes connection, and where couples decide whether to take the next step.

A single Wedding Submission creates ongoing opportunities for discovery. The biggest missed opportunity is an incomplete Profile: a one-line bio, little or no portfolio, empty sections — a dead end at the exact moment a couple wants to learn more. A complete Profile gives them the confidence to keep exploring and reach out.

Setup takes a little work upfront but that's where most of the manual work ends. From there, every Wedding Submission keeps your Profile current and expands your presence automatically.

Why is my Profile important?

Getting a couple to click on your Profile is only the first step. What they find when they arrive makes all the difference.

A complete Profile tells couples you're active, invested, and proud of your work. It gives them confidence to keep exploring, learn more about your business, and ultimately get in touch.

How does my Profile stay up to date?

Every submission powers your Profile.

Featured Weddings and Albums automatically appear on Member Profiles without you having to a single thing. They also appear in your Cherry Space where your work becomes an interactive visual experience.

Every Wedding Submission also becomes part of a gallery of images that can be used throughout your Profile to keep it current and fresh with minimal effort.

Instead of uploading images to multiple places, submit your work once and use it throughout your Profile. As your body of work grows, so does your presence across Carats + Cake.

What can I manage on my Profile?

Essentially everything. Business Details, About, Portfolio, Header & Image Collage, Video Gallery, Testimonials, Press & Accolades, Packages, FAQ, Feature Callouts, Inquiry Form, Shop, Event Spaces, Featured Weddings, Albums.

Member-only sections are editable even if you have not yet joined. You can play around, preview your Member Profile and join anytime to make it live.

How do I manage my Profile?

Sign in to your Account and navigate to Profile.

From there, select the section you'd like to update, edit and save. Changes will be published immediately.
